Eastergate2016
In Port Townsend we had a rather impromptu gathering of 12 of us. Sarah and Dan came from Vegas. Becka, Jim, Devan and Devan's friend Jenna joined the six of us. I have been working so much that I really wasn't up to much hosting, but this came together and it was a great size, including six teenagers/kids and six "adults."
Final challenge was a human pyramid. We skipped the polar bear challenge. It was windy and there are many waves. We were going to put cash and let everyone split who did it. But good judgment made a rare appearance.
After the annual egg hunt (Dan found the coveted $20 egg, they did a scavenger hunt. There were four challenges. Each one required a picture of the six of them completing the challenge and positing on Instagram with #Eastergate2016. Once they completed a challenge they would receive the next challenge in the comments of the post. Becka got princess dresses and crowns to set the mood.
First we had to try them on and make sure they worked.
Then we stuffed the eggs.
Challenge 1 was taking a picture of the six of them with Grammy wearing a tiara.
Challenge 2 was putting Bentley in a dress, again selfie and posting.
Challenge 3 was using the malt eggs as God intended and Jim demonstrated.

My lonely tree
I got the chance to visit my tree in India. Evidently all the other trees around it died this last year...
Bowling
The boys went bowling with the church youth group. Ermi won the first game...Mason shows his "worried face."
